MAT Jewels does not offer monetary refunds as a standard practice.
Because artificial jewelry pieces are delicate and personal adornments, we urge all clientele to thoroughly evaluate all product dimensions, images, material descriptions, and styling notes prior to finalizing their purchase. Once an order is processed, financial refunds are not entertained except under the explicit conditions outlined below.
2. Order Cancellation Parameters
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been booked or dispatched with our courier partners.
- Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: If you notify us before the parcel is packaged and handed over to logistics, cancellation requests may be assessed individually.
- Store Credit Adjustment: If pre-dispatch cancellation is approved, the order balance may be credited as store balance or re-processed subject to payment gateway policies.
3. Promotional & Clearance Collections (Final Sale)
All items acquired during promotional sales, seasonal flash deals, bundle offers, or stock clearances are deemed Final Sale. These items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless received in a damaged or erroneous condition.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries (Pakistan Only)
If an article arrives broken, flawed, or differs from your verified order confirmation within Pakistan, MAT Jewels will offer an exchange for the identical article or store credit.
- The issue must be registered with our concierge within 48 hours of courier drop-off.
- Jewelry must remain completely unworn, clean, and in original luxury packaging with seals unsevered.
- A continuous, unedited video of the parcel unboxing is strongly recommended to accelerate claim approval.
5. Address Accuracy & Fraud Defense
Shipping Accuracy: Clients are responsible for providing precise shipping details, active mobile numbers, and landmark indicators. MAT Jewels is not liable for failed drop-offs or returns resulting from erroneous address entries.
Integrity & Chargebacks: Every consignment dispatch is logged with physical proof of packing and courier handoff records. Any unsubstantiated chargebacks or deceptive claims are addressed firmly through legal documentation.
